Tri-S Security Corporation was formed in the aftermath of September 11, 2001 to acquire and consolidate contract guard and electronic security companies that serve government and private industry.

Our goal is simple: Tri-S Security uses its management experience and skills to bring financial strength, operational sophistication, a variety of efficiencies and sales and marketing expertise to our portfolio companies. We thereby add value to customers, employees and shareholders.

Our well-trained, highly skilled employees are providing evidence that the plan works. They are winning awards for demonstrably superior services with the highest degree of responsiveness.

Today, Tri-S Security operations include more than 2,500 employees, an overwhelming percentage of which are revenue-producing guards. Tri-S Security is comprised of two wholly-owned subsidiaries: Paragon Systems, Inc. and The Cornwall Group, Inc. These two companies contract with Federal, state and local government as well as the private sector throughout the country.

Tri-S Security believes in the mission of private sector security to ensure the safety of America's government and corporate personnel and assets. And we are investing in this mission aggressively.
